Information on the Processing of Personal Data and Consent

Dear FRAMily Community Member,

FRAMily is an international community of researchers, practitioners, educators, developers, and students interested in the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM).

To keep interested community members informed, the TUM Chair of Ergonomics would like to maintain a FRAMily Community Mailing List.

The mailing list will be used to send periodic FRAMily Community Updates, generally every two months, as well as occasional important announcements.

These communications may include information about:

• Community events and activities, such as FRAMily Meetings, FRAM Fridays or the FRAM Summer School

• Learning materials and educational resources

• FRAM-related software and tools

• Research and collaboration opportunities

• New videos, publications, and community resources

• New FRAM models and case studies

• Important developments concerning the FRAMily Community

Participation in the mailing list is voluntary.

Personal data collected

The following personal data will be collected:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

Purpose of processing

The personal data will be used exclusively to:

• Manage the FRAMily Community Mailing List

• Address recipients appropriately

• Send periodic community updates

• Send important FRAMily announcements

• Provide information about relevant community activities and resources

The data will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Access to the data

Access to the personal data will be limited authorised FRAMily stewards responsible for managing the mailing list and preparing community communications.

The personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless this is required by law or explicitly authorised by the individual concerned.

Voluntary participation

Providing personal data and joining the mailing list is voluntary.

Choosing not to join the mailing list will not result in any disadvantage and will not restrict participation in publicly accessible FRAMily activities or resources.

Withdrawal of consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Following withdrawal, the personal data used for the FRAMily Community Mailing List will be deleted and no further mailing-list communications will be sent, unless continued storage is required by an applicable legal obligation.
